Be very careful and do your homework before walking through the doors here. A relative was talked into nearly $3800 of unnecessary add ons as a young, first time buyer. When I learned what he agreed to it was unfortunately too late for him as the dealership absolutely refused to refund his deposit or restructure a reasonable deal. Horrible communication. They beat around the bush. They will put add on packages on your loan without discussing it with you, and they try to walk all over women. Sold me my car without giving the car an inspection first and without having the title within their possession. Took months to get my plates and would not give me temporaries.
Sales representative was nice to work with. However, interplay between sales rep and manager in and out of office with trade-in calculations, warrenty, protective coverage all seemed like a bit of a shell game with the final numbers. The add on Karr anti theft program was certainly deceptive as it wasn't optional. We were told they have it on ever vehicle Billion sells. If that is the case it should be included in advertised price. Added $1,000 to the price.

Outstanding Service Experience at Billion Honda! Yesterday, I had an unexpected issue with my 2022 Honda CR-V while driving on I-80.
