Appointment was easy to schedule on line and details were verified. A side note,: my experience that show Billion personal make difference in customer lives. I was a waiter and hour and half into my wait I received a phone call my wife rushed into the ICU and requested that l be called. I walked into service writing area and asked about my vehicle. The ticket just came up, I paid. The service wished me well. That encouraging word in a scary situation meant so much to me. I regret that didn't properly thank him.
