My first experience with the service department went well. 4 stars because the person I spoke to to schedule the appointment was not very friendly and didn’t seem to have any knowledge of typical service for a 2025 CRV with 5,000 miles. Previous vehicles I owned only needed a tire rotation at 5,000 miles, and oil change at 10,000, so I wasn’t sure what to ask for.
I just had my first service since purchasing my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Booking the appointment through their website was super quick and easy. The service itself was fast, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Really glad I chose this place for my car – highly recommend!

After a terrible sales experience 6 years prior (7 hours of paperwork, “let me go talk to my manager” stuff trying to add on stuff I didn’t want.), the SERVICE department has been excellent and reasonably priced.
