A negative experience all around. How this man is in business is the question. 45 years in business and I’ve never had to deal with someone like this (on behalf of a friend of mine who was being mistreated by Nick). Absolutely appalling

Had to jump over a pond to access my stuff, which was odd but manageable. Got hit with an unexpected $40 cleaning fee after we cleaned ourselves, which didn't seem fair.
