I called this guy out of the blue when I had made the mistake of turning on my generator while still plugged in the short power and had flipped a bunch of breakers in the RV that I had recently bought and didn’t know very much about. He told me he was going to be too busy to help me but he still spent 15 minutes on the telephone with me telling me where to go to find the breakers that have been tripped And explaining to me what I needed to know in order to fix my own problem.
