My boyfriend had to make a down payment of $100 before he could be seen, I gave the office manager my account information and she took it out twice (3 minutes apart). He is the slowest doctor ever!! Why give somebody an appointment if your just going to sit here for 3 hours? We have been here since 12:38 and the appointment time was 12:40 and it's now 3:10. This is ridiculous. Pay way to much money to sit here all day, and thats not the part thats stupid. They sent a letter in the mail and the letter said to call to reschedule your app. So we called and the dumb girl that works there said you can come in a week early or wait until the 16th.
