I had my first visit to Dr Billingsley and have nothing but good things to say about it. She is very thorough, professional, and has great communication skills. Office staff was helpful and welcoming.
I've been going to Billingsley Eye Care in Maryville, TN. for several years and Dr. Billingsley is both professional and friendly. She takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs. Before going to Billingsley Eye Care, I went to a big box store and didn't have the same level of quality service.
Dr Billingsley provides excellent care and thorough examination and explanation. Unfortunately, her office staff is very difficult to deal with. The optician seems knowledgeable about products and insurance, but disregards your budget and up sells add-ons. The receptionist is not helpful and treats you like you are inconveniencing her by asking a question. Service after purchase is non-existent and receipt of ordered product takes weeks/months with no explanation or follow up.
