Service department software goes down and rather than remembering good old pen and paper they act like they can't set an appointment. "If you want your vehicle serviced or diagnosed it'll be a 10-12 day wait at best, and you have to leave your vehicle here the entire time" should literally never be your answer. A simple "leave your information and I'll call when we have availability within a few days rather than weeks" should be the go to. But I guess these soft 10 ply service departments will choose the path of least work..
I would like to express my appreciation for Willie. I have purchased multiple(10-11) at Billingsley over the years and Willie has always “done me right” in the process. Willie, thank you for all of your help! BTW I love this new truck!!
