I would give Billingsley Ford less than 1 star if I could.This is for the General Manager. We are disgusted about the service we received at your service dept. We dropped a vehicle off at your dealership and the service person was very unapproachable, told me he will get back with me and I got a ride home from the shop. This is my only vehicle.
