I would NOT recommend Billingsly Ford to ANYONE! They lie, they won't stand behind their work, nor their warranties. They have a (I don't give a crap) attitude. They do crappy work. They are the sorriest business I have ever dealt with. I only give a one star rating because it won't let me post without selecting one. They are that sorry! Service was great however, they said they rotated my tires. That did not happen.
Don't utilize this service department. Told me it was covered by warranty and then told me it wasn't after the work was completed. Not a good experience and I wish it would have been. I have to drive out of town to get a good experience with a Ford Dealership.
