Don't utilize this service department. Told me it was covered by warranty and then told me it wasn't after the work was completed. Not a good experience and I wish it would have been. I have to drive out of town to get a good experience with a Ford Dealership.
Great service, timely response, addressed our concerns
We have had the occasion to use Ford dealerships on multiple occasions and this one is the best yet. Jerry in service is extremely friendly and makes you feel like you're the only customer he has. We will most definitely be using Billingsley Ford for any future service needs!
