After my concerns were raised, the dealership owner and management team reached out directly and took responsibility for the situation. They ultimately made things right by replacing the faulty control module, resolving the FordPass issue that existed from the day of purchase. This dealership demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, competence, and accountability. The finance manager, Fernando, completely mishandled my deal. Over 30 days after the sale, I was contacted and told I needed to return to the dealership to re-sign all paperwork because he mistakenly processed the vehicle as new when it was clearly used. Shouldn’t have kept cash in my car but during my oil change they took some cash from me and they lied about it not cool at all
