Shouldn’t have kept cash in my car but during my oil change they took some cash from me and they lied about it not cool at all

It was a tedious process, but Colin Watkins and Fernando Sevilla saw it through. This was the first time for myself and the dealer to purchase a vehicle thru the VA, and they were extremely patient and courteous. I couldn't be happier. Service Department and Body Shop are Excellent. But the Sales team needs work. Couldn't even give me a value on my current vehicle so that I can upgrade. Guess he under estimated how much I was planning to spend on a new truck. Someone that wants the sale, tries harder to get the info needed to make the sale. Not make the customer prove how much he wants to buy, by giving me homework before I can even get started. Do better.
