Nina in service was an absolute angel! She and the techs and the service director were all so incredibly kind, worked quickly, and even offered to help get me to a hotel with my dogs after my car broke down. Please give them all a raise. They work too hard not to have one. Edwin, was the tech on my ticket, my car is running perfectly and got me back to deep east Texas just fine. I hope they all have a great 2026.
Amazing service at Billingslet Ford. Our Service Advisor was wonderful. We were on a trip and had a breakdown near there. She took care of us. Had our truck repaired quickly. Provided a shuttle to and from our hotel. I cannot say enough great things about Amy Chambers, service Advisor and the dealership!
Very friendly and got my truck in and fixed extremely quick. Couldn't be happier
