Went in to get a tire checked, and the tech spotted the issue. Need some tires, went ahead and ordered them, everything seemed fine at this point in time. Said they would call me when the tires came in, never got a call. Was told first come first serve. Came in a little before 11am. Was told it would take about an hour maybe a little longer because of lunch. I didn't leave till a little after 4:30pm. Called ahead to see about getting alignment on my vehicle, I was told there was no wait but to hurry bc it was a hour until they close. Once there I was told that they didn’t have time to do it and I was misinformed by a new guy. I was told to come back the next day and they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. The next day I was there a hour before they closed only to be told again that they don’t have the time to do my alignment.
