Reviews made me proceed with caution (I do keep in mind it seems easier to vent about the negatives than praise the positives). I’m glad I did. Dr. Billings was great! Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the visit. She took into account the data available and our personal situation and timeline. She also encouraged me to follow up with any questions I may have. I would recommend her to any family or friend. Putting my review on all platforms so it isn’t missed among the not pleasant ones.

Dr Billings was amazing with my very shy 3 year old. This is the surgeon and teaches the other surgeons. Highly recommend.
We are so so happy with DR. Kathleen Billings Such an amazing friendly and of course experience doctor. Since the first time we met her for the ENT referral She was very kind, and friendly with our daughter We schedule our surgery for December 24,2019 The day of the surgery, we walked in ON TIME she was already waiting for us, walk in to the room very nice.
