I came back to Billie’s because my first haircut with Mark was excellent. I was so happy with the result that I left a 5-star tip and decided this would be my regular barbershop. Unfortunately, Mark was unavailable today and I was assigned a different barber. Before he started, I showed him multiple photos of Mark’s previous work from every angle so there would be no confusion about what I wanted. Started going here after the barbers @ Tommy gunns started to get nervous cutting my sons hair… So happy with everyone at Billies. My son is on the spectrum & hair cuts are not his favourite thing. Stephan is the most amazing kind and patient person ever. He’s been cutting my son’s hair for over a year. The tears and crying don’t seem to phase him. Thank you all staff for your love and care.
