Never received a call from back
It took them 3 weeks to fix our fridge. First they couldn’t come for a few days then they did not send in the warranty information correctly and I had to follow up with the warrantee company. The parts were finally ordered and it took more than 5 data to come in. They then tried to cancel the appointment and postpone it after we had been waiting 3 weeks! They expect you to set aside a 4 hour window to wait for the repair technician which is difficult when you work especially when the cancel on you the same day. The technicia... read more
I should have done my research before calling this company. Took 3 days to get an appointment and then the window for them to show up was between 12 and 5. Holy cow who plans like this. 5 mins later and $140 down the drain i get a replacement part $4.99 everywhere else but $29.95 from these jacklegs. Never again and the dryer isnt working again so had to buy a new one this morning
