Our experience was ok! Gift shop staff is not the best! They are extremely rude. The customer service was horrible. We didn’t get our wrist bands. I went back in and the lady response was well maybe I was busy or something. We were the only ones in the shop so not sure how she was SO busy! Maybe if she stayed off her phone it would have been better but apparently we interrupted her phone time. Also very rude over the phone when asking for directions. You get a lot for your money. Of course the airboat ride is thrilling and swamp buggy fun. Critter show and snake show also great.
