My (91y.o.) mother ordered some flowers for me last week. She has pictures of the beautiful boquet that was sent and is delighted (as was I) and happy that they are still vibrant and pretty. Mum was pleased with the ease of ordering(I believe it was on the phone), the pricing and of course the pleasant and proffessional customer service
I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers from Emma at Billie-Lou Floral Studio. Emma’s communication was super prompt and helpful, and she put together the most beautiful bouquet for my mum’s birthday (see pictures)! For reference, I ordered a medium-sized Bold Bouquet. From the moment I contacted Emma, she was so responsive and very courteous n helpful…. Was trying to organize a wreath for my gf’s mum’s Memorial …. Gave Emma the brief of what I wanted and colour scheme etc…. all the challenges n brief were met and more !! The flowers were exquisite, so fresh and promptly delivered ! Communication was spot on too!! My experience was so good n far exceeded my expectations!! We need Emma and her Florist shop to open up in Sydney too!!🤩 Thank you so much Emma! Great Job!!
