I always prefer to see Ms. Billy. She truly listens to me, makes a genuine effort to understand whether something might be wrong, and orders all the necessary tests.
She is a great doctor, and I always leave knowing I am being taken care of.
I had an appointment at 3:20. I was on time and in line for 10 minutes. When I got to the front they said they had to reschedule me because I took too long. Not the kind of place I want in charge if my health.
