These guys released my car without my consent, rummaged and stole anything of value from my console, and haven’t picked up the phone anytime I’ve called to get answers. This is wild how they’re just gonna get away with it too

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The representative was dismissive and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Rather than assisting me in resolving my situation, she was openly disrespectful and showed zero interest in providing a solution. As if it’s not stressful enough, having to deal with such poor customer service makes it significantly worse. I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism

These guys were so bad I had to call 911. Read on... It looked like there was dried blood on the floor, and the chairs had so many stains that it was laughable. This place was so gross. It could've been the scene from some horror movie! The police department needs to reconsider sending business here. They are not doing the taxpayer any favors!
