NP GEISE IS THE BEST!
She was rather rude and short. Didn't seem to want to listen to my concerns. She talked at me. She interrupted everytime I tried to speak. I tried to ask questions and she just seemed annoyed with it. I have never been treated in such a matter by anyone in the medical field. She needs to remember that we are people not just a patient chart for her to skim through and be done. I left with more questions and concerns than I went with.
We had our first visit with Dr. Billie Geise, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. She was incredibly kind, personable, and took the time to answer every single one of our questions without making us feel rushed. She made us feel comfortable, listened to our concerns, and genuinely cared about our child’s well-being.
