I really like her. She listens and knows what to do. She is respectful and kind
She was very informative and understanding.
Billie is just incredible. I know if I have any questions, need refills or need to see her, she is there! She is compassionate and patient. I feel very safe in her hands.

Intake nurse was rude and condescending. Billie was sub par and rushing. The staff could not get the codes for my prescriptions right. I was threatened. "If you don't follow up we will cancel all of what we prescribed". I'm sure this will go nowhere. I would ask for a retired phone call for some resolve but I'm not holding my breath. Neuroscience group is a joke compared to the last narrow spine issues and surgeries I've had. If I have the choice to not come back that's the first thing that I will do is not come back.
