As soon as you walk through the front door, Dr. Patel and her staff make you feel like you are here to visit a friend rather than arriving for a dental appointment! Having worked in the dental field myself for many years, I can honestly say that Dr. Patel’s dentistry is top notch. I have entrusted my whole family’s dental health to her care and have regularly recommended her to other close friends and family.

I love going to the Dentist at Billerica Family dental. I never feel uncomfortable, they actually go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I used to always feel like I was choking or I couldn't open my mouth long enough. Dr. Patel uses techniques to help you the entire visit. Let’s face it nobody jumps up and down when told they need dental work. I am no different. So when Dr. Patel recommended I needed periodontal splinting at a routine visit for probably the the tenth time - I decided to just go ahead and get it done. I travel from southern Rhode Island to Billerica for my dental care. I will not trust anyone but Dr. Patel so I knew her recommendation regarding the splinting was correct. Still I was a bit nervous.
