Always terrific service and friendly staff
Rob runs a great store with plenty of great customer service, experience and knowledge. If he doesn't have the stock he will soon have it. I have used 2 other local pool service and supply stores but have found Billabong Caloundra to surpass the others. They are now my 'home' store.
Great store, Rob really knows his stuff. Very professional & competitive prices.
My pump and chlorination stopped working. They stepped me through a few steps over the phone which fixed the issue, saving me a call out service fee. Very friendly and great service !
