We needed a replacement cell for our AstralPool VX7T chlorinator. Replacement cells aren't cheap, so before handing over our cash, we decided to bring the whole system in for servicing. The unit was sent to Maroochydore and returned about a week later. The total bill was $845.90. This covered a replacement board in the chlorinator, a new genuine cell and some honest advice regarding the system's longevity and known issues. Rob runs a great store with plenty of great customer service, experience and knowledge. If he doesn't have the stock he will soon have it. I have used 2 other local pool service and supply stores but have found Billabong Caloundra to surpass the others. They are now my 'home' store.
