Bill Wilson and Robin were such a pleasure to work with! Very professional and kind. I greatly appreciated them being able to inspect our soon to be new home on a moments notice due to schedule restrictions on getting in the home. They worked with us from initial inspection to the re-inspection after fixes were made. Great experience all around and very thourough! I also appreciated Bill taking the time to educate me on things in the home and his findings. Highly recommend!

Family owned and run. I highly recommend Bill Wilson as he understands how these houses are built and is well equipped to explain what are major or minor repairs to take into consideration; he also explained to us the small maintenance that has huge impacts on the life of materials, which I don't think you're going to get from some of these other guys. Joe Wilson’s customer service was amazing. He really went above and beyond for my testing services and was very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions about concerns about lead in my house. His process was thorough and detailed. He explained all of his readings and associated risks, the history of the issues in general and gave excellent recommendations for remediation. I highly recommend and would use him again!
