Had nothing but a pleasant experience during the sales portion. I have since, almost immediately, had issues with the vehicle. I traded in a good vehicle to get something bigger. This used car has been one issue after another. I was basically told I'm stuck with it or trade in towards a new car. No sense of accountability. Just basically I got a reply of that sucks for you but there's the door. I regret ever shopping at Bill White. I have since had to repair the engine multiple times. I have a 630 credit score and I was denied credit with their bank and also had financing restrictions on preowned cars .I was offered in house financing but declined the deal , too high of interest fees .,and rate.
