I’ve had no problems with State Farm. I have been with this particular office for about 2 months so I have nothing bad to say about Bill. However, one lady in his office is very unprofessional. The representative I spoke to seemed nice and professional at first. Once she saw that the vehicle I wanted to add was in my name only and that my fiancé will be driving the vehicle, she immediately started giving me all different names and companies to talk to.
