ANOTHER dealership that lists vehicles for sale that are not actually ready to be sold!! Called regarding a truck this afternoon, was asked if I'd like to set up a time to test drive. Apparently I can't actually test drive it til Friday ("should be ready" is what I was told) because it hasn't been through inspection.
Bought a Mazda cx5 from bill walsh Toyota on 8/21/25. Spoke with salesman Stu multiple times and they assured there were no issues with the car and it had been serviced. I did buy the car based on there internet site and had not seen the car in person. They did give me a $400 discount but added a $400 doc fee so there is that. Our experience here was amazing! The GMC Canyon we came to look at was in front of the dealership when we arrived. Our saleswoman Kimberly warmly greeted us at the car. We test drove the truck. Upon our return, Kimberly brought us to her office and started the process. We noticed the price in her system was different from the online price. She quickly had it adjusted.
