The dealership seemed nice. The people seem nice. The waiting room sucks. The TVs are all off. It’s very quiet. Would give them zero stars if I could. Bought our car off the truck in 2022! Nothing but problems! Now for a year the check engine light will go on and off and a light will come on saying engine power reduced. Was finally called for resolution by Mr. Main. When I tried calling him back, he blocked my number. We have now contacted an attorney! Wouldn’t step foot in Bill Walsh if my life depended on it!
Purchased a vehicle in late June. I was told at closing by Trevor that a second key would be mailed to me. The lack of communication from this team is appalling. They went as far as blaming me for blocking texts and phone calls, but I sent screenshots of our previous conversations and no apologies were made. Emails and voicemails go unanswered.
