The service techs seemed very engaging and friendly. For that I am giving 2 stars as they made up for the opposite from the service account managers. I had to introduce myself to the account manager and ask what his name was. Seemed very uninviting to put it nicely. Since I had an appointment scheduled, I assumed he would need my name and be able to look up all of the detail I gave over the phone days before. Colin is the absolute best! He was so nice about answering some questions and helping me out. Definitely an asset to the company!
They have had our truck in service for over a month I have left several messages with the service writer and no follow up calls this is a commercial truck needs to be in service we have 600 Ford trucks in our fleet and we will not use this dealership again
James was wonderful , explained everything perfectly, helped us make the buying process beyond smooth , no hassle , no run around and helped my trade in and brand new vehicle purchase a breeze!
