Excellent and very thorough service.
The transmission on my wife’s Lincoln Nautilus failed. We chose Ottawa Ford to replace the transmission. They had her car for two weeks. When we picked up her car, ( after an $11,000 service repair) her car was left filthy, inside and out. ( Not how it was left). Very disappointed that after being in the shop for two weeks that the car was not returned back to us washed or cleaned.
