!UPDATE months after purchase! We purchased a 2025 kia sportage with Aaron Kinsel as our salesman back in September, 2024. We have taken our time to get a feel of the vehicle before leaving this review. We're very happy to say we are quite happy with the results of the purchase. The vehicle itself is a dream for the price. We have had few issues with the vehicle, Bill Walsh and the Kia Connect both make sure we are servicing the vehicle properly. My mom bought a 2015 Jetta from Sierra , she has been taking it there for routine oil changes for the last three years . All of a sudden the mechanic says something is broken in the oil pan and it will cost her 800 to fix it . It just Started leaking oil After we took it there . The mechanic appeared to have been drinking . I have tried for the a week to get in touch with somebody in management but no one ever returns my calls .
