Bill Waddell needs to be put out to pasture! He came out to fix a simple leak in the kitchen of a rental house I have. He spilled PVC glue on my vinyl floor. Smeared it trying to wipe it up and told my renter to throw a rug over it! When I confronted him he told me also to Just throw a rug over it. Needless to say the floor had to be replaced.
