Recently just Leased a 2025 Jeep wrangler and very happy I did. Really a exciting Jeep and a Hybrid which is a great experience. My sales rep is Andrew and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process from the first time we spoke. Friendliest staff and they get your car in for service promptly and out promptly. Nicole in service goes above and beyond. This dealership is a breath of fresh air coming from Bedford Jeep where they are a total nightmare to deal with. I can recommend Bill Volz's enough.
I called them to service my 2023 Jeep that was having some issues, they could not have been more helpful and kind. They took my car in the same day (today) and the check in process was handing over my key and confirming my phone number. Staff was super friendly when I walked in and facility was extremely clean.
PURCHASED OUR 2ND JEEP WITH THEM LAST WEEK. I REQUEST A SPECIFIC COLOR AND THEY MADE A TREMENDOUS EFFORT TO FIND IT AND THEY DID!! I WAS VERY HAPPY..THANKS KEN AND ANTONIO!!
