I have bad experience with that location... My wife brought the jeep 3 days ago becouse she have 2 flat tires....and the person supposedly in charge .....her name was KELLY works on service department .....probably she think she is related to Kelly Carson ....lol ....she told my wife that she have to put a claim for her tires and very rudely stated that this can take up to 1 month or 3 months maybe to get approved...also when my wife ask her what should i do becouse this is crazy 3 months will be thanksgiving ....she respond... read more
Very helpful in a difficult and uncommon situation of a return under SCRA. The manager was extremely professional. I wish they had the car/color combo I needed so I could have purchased with them. They seem to actually care about customers and I will return when I am in the market for my next vehicle
Zero stars. The service offered at the Cortlandt dealership is just awful! Our 2021 Wrangler was in for service in May, they had it for weeks, never called to say what was happening, and finally returned it "fixed." But yet, it was not fixed. It's August and we have been waiting for a loaner to be available since the day we got it back, unfixed. They never called with an update or eta on a loaner. Recently just Leased a 2025 Jeep wrangler and very happy I did. Really a exciting Jeep and a Hybrid which is a great experience. My sales rep is Andrew and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process from the first time we spoke. From the beginning I explained what I was looking for and it took him 2 days to Locate the Jeep and gave me a call. He's a very easy going and felt no pressure. Friendliest staff and they get your car in for service promptly and out promptly. Nicole in service goes above and beyond. This dealership is a breath of fresh air coming from Bedford Jeep where they are a total nightmare to deal with. I can recommend Bill Volz's enough.
