This is my second time doing business at this office and both times I had the opportunity to be assisted by John Downey. He made the experience super simple after trading in a 2019 Ram for a 2026. Thank you to all the other staff members who assisted in the process.

Extremely misleading website advertising. They double count non-stackable rebates, showing one as a dealer discount. Actually, they are offering no dealer discount, on a vehicle on lot for 255 days. Cannot recommend for new vehicle purchases and warn other to be careful of their predatory advertising tactics. Only positive was a willingness to work with me over text, which avoided wasting more of my time then they already did.
We had an excellent car purchasing experience. The entire team, including John, Elijah, and Mike, provided outstanding service. We appreciate the streamlined and transparent process for acquiring our son's first vehicle. He is thoroughly enjoying his new Acura.
