I bought a used vehicle in July, I drove for a few weeks then it was stuck in all wheel drive, sent in for service. Not very good w communicating issues. Originally didn't give me a loaner. Requested a loaner, then they held a similar vehicle, once we got there, gave me a full size truck to drive. They had the Bronco in service for 4 weeks and a few days before it was fixed. I had my truck sent there to get work done on it and they did an amazing job, truck was in the shop for about two weeks but in that time frame my service advisor Susana worked with me on giving me updates on the service for my vehicle and was very patient and professional on questions I asked her. I would highly recommend her she does an outstanding job
