I went to Bill Utter in hopes of being able to use an extended warranty to get some work done. Turns out the warranty had expired, but their pricing was fair (especially for a dealership) so I went ahead and had them complete the repairs. Danny was in excellent communication the entire time and they completed repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated the courtesy shuttle, Kelly is the best driver I’ve had. Will use them again 10/10 and will recommend them as well.
Bill Utter Ford's Service Department left a great first impression on me! The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and they truly take pride in what they do. I especially appreciate Danny, as he helped me throughout the whole repair process, kindly answering any questions I had. Overall, I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at Bill Utter Ford. I will definitely be back when my vehicle needs service again!
Bill Utter Service has always been great to work with. Everything from up front to the shop area. Danny Morris has taken great care of me the past 18 years. I have a small fleet. The other advisers are really good as well.
Bill Utter Ford’s Service department is the best I’ve ever experienced. They always get me taken care of me quickly. Communication is great, I won't go anywhere else. And I've never bought a truck from Bill Utter, but I'm due to buy 3 in the coming few years they will be my first stop!
