I bought a used vehicle in July, I drove for a few weeks then it was stuck in all wheel drive, sent in for service. Not very good w communicating issues. Originally didn't give me a loaner. Requested a loaner, then they held a similar vehicle, once we got there, gave me a full size truck to drive. They had the Bronco in service for 4 weeks and a few days before it was fixed. Quickest easiest vehicle buying process ever. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They had wheels, tires, and lift installed for me at All Out Offroad and had the truck ready for me to pick up within a couple of days. 10/10 recommend
