Took my F150 in as my a/c stopped blowing cold, needed and oil change, and wanted my trans fluid chacked. Dropped it off Monday. They contacted me and said it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. So Wednesday I text to check on the status. They said my a/c compressor was now locked up so another day or so to order and install. Text Friday and ask if still ready by end of day Friday. Yes truck will be ready about 4pm. I went to Bill Utter in hopes of being able to use an extended warranty to get some work done. Turns out the warranty had expired, but their pricing was fair (especially for a dealership) so I went ahead and had them complete the repairs. Danny was in excellent communication the entire time and they completed repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated the courtesy shuttle, Kelly is the best driver I’ve had. Will use them again 10/10 and will recommend them as well.
Bill Utter Ford's Service Department left a great first impression on me! The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and they truly take pride in what they do. I especially appreciate Danny, as he helped me throughout the whole repair process, kindly answering any questions I had. Overall, I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at Bill Utter Ford. I will definitely be back when my vehicle needs service again!
Will in the service department was great and kept us updated about the repairs of our truck. I would have given them 4-stars because the restroom is too small and messy and lack amenities compared to other Ford dealerships I have been to, but because they did a good job with my truck and done it quick, it deserves a 5-star. I will definitely use their service again.
Bill Utter Service has always been great to work with. Everything from up front to the shop area. Danny Morris has taken great care of me the past 18 years. I have a small fleet. The other advisers are really good as well.
