Bill Utter Ford’s Service department is the best I’ve ever experienced. They always get me taken care of me quickly. Communication is great, I won't go anywhere else. And I've never bought a truck from Bill Utter, but I'm due to buy 3 in the coming few years they will be my first stop!
Initially came in due to a recall letter. I was advised that the parts would have to be ordered. I was informed the following week that the parts had arrived. I was at the door at 7:00 AM and back out in under 90 minutes.
Bill Utter service advisors have always gone out of their way to help me. This time I could not get CarPlay to work in my 2019 F150. Service Advisor Susana had the techs verify my truck and my cord worked. Susana even went to my truck to show me her phone brought up CarPlay in my truck. Now I have to go to Apple but I’m very grateful for Susana helping me be confident my truck was fine.
Quickest easiest vehicle buying process ever. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They had wheels, tires, and lift installed for me at All Out Offroad and had the truck ready for me to pick up within a couple of days. 10/10 recommend
