This service group is absolutely outstanding. They deliver old-fashioned customer service and go the extra mile to ensure you leave happy and have been treated well. Megan and Joey are excellent and could teach a master class in customer service. They are attentive, listen, and follow-through. While overall my service experience has been good once the vehicle is in, it’s not always easy to get in touch with someone during my first call or even get a call back at times. I’ve usually found better success reaching someone or getting scheduled sooner calling 5 Star or another Ford dealer. I’d like to see them add a quick lube station for simple things like an oil change. It shouldn’t take 1 1/2 - 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
Megan, my service rep did an amazing job taking care of me and keeping my informed along the way. Trey, the EV tech assigned to my Lightning was extremely attentive and detailed…and he LISTENED, taking the time to understand the issue so he could duplicate it and fix it! Great job! 😊
Glad to have found this place. Very friendly folks. They got me in quickly, had the right parts for the job and did the work expeditiously. I got a ride home and they picked me up when the work was complete. A non-dealer competitor's coupon was honored as well as one of their own service coupons, saving me $100. They even washed my car. BONUS!
My previous service was last year and had a few problems: However this time Greg Hall was my service advisor and EVERYTHING went great. They completed the entire list in short order, Greg's communications were great. I will try to specifically work with Greg each time in the future.
