I have used them for over 13 years and the most recent service was the one that did me in. I have had several issued mis diagnosed over the years, this time charging me for a $700 part I didn't need. The call staff has no empathy, I have not found anyone will to take responsibility for me having no heat, and they it will take 2 weeks to get a get the part and get service. the technicians don't know what they are going, just guessing what the issue is instead of taking the furnace apart to properly diagnose the issue. Do not use Bill Trombly Plumbing and Heating. It was a nighmare from the get go. Leaky roof due to them not sealing it properly, 3 service calls that they charged me for even though I had them install a new furnace and A/C. They never fixed some of the problems associated with that install and should be ashamed of themselves. I'm 67 years old and a widow and I thought I did my homework but apparently was wrong.
