I had a leaking chimney in December: the WORST possible time. The weather was below freezing and there was heavy snow on the ground and on the chimney area. Bill came out the very same day to help. He found the leak, fixed it, and even found an additional problem on the HVAC pipe which he also fixed. He was out there for HOURS, WELL INTO THE NIGHT, in BELOW FREEZING temperatures.
