I want to give a gigantic thank you to Jessica who is a an absolute gem of a human and always a pleasure to interact with when my car gets serviced. I recently had an issue and she took time to listen to me, and resolved it. I appreciated her professionalism and communication throughout. She absolutely went above and beyond in this situation and I’m grateful for that kindness. She and Will are always kind, helpful, and create a pleasant environment and experience.
I want to thank Will Talle y and Bryan, for working so dang hard on my F150 (dual climate control). They faced quite a few unforseen challenges and it took longer than expected But Will made it work out. I ended up having a fantastic conversation with Will as we were rapping things about hunting and fishing which made my customer experience an overall positive one.
Rude customer service, people are not friendly, doesn't call when your car is ready. Charges credit card fees without telling you it's extra for using a credit card.
