Bill was the agent representing the buyer of our home as the buyer’s direct agent was unavailable the day of closing. Bill and his team were very unprofessional in the handling of this transaction which ultimately resulted in a failure to close on the day the buyer/lender selected and cost my family and I both time, money, stress and logistical issues as we were in between homes.
