Infotainment lights went out on cross country trip on my 2022 Accord Tourist. I stopped in first thing after opening. Service person had me start thr car, looked at instrument cluster and then rotatated wheel under instrument. Lights immediately came on with instant relief. A kind person made my day. What a Blessed Company!
Had a very pleasant experience with purchasing a vehicle here. Was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made, and I have Trent to thank! Would definitely recommend!
Vehicle purchase was a nightmare. Received the new truck and it was completely covered in surface scratches. Had to take to another dealership to be repaired. They forgot to give me the spare key. They shipped it to me and I received an envelope with a hole in it. The accessories I ordered were shipped to the wrong address. Never once did I receive an apology for the hell I went through. Even in their response there is no remorse.
