Vehicle purchase was a nightmare. Received the new truck and it was completely covered in surface scratches. Had to take to another dealership to be repaired. They forgot to give me the spare key. They shipped it to me and I received an envelope with a hole in it. The accessories I ordered were shipped to the wrong address. Never once did I receive an apology for the hell I went through. Even in their response there is no remorse.

I had a panel under the front of my CRV come loose and was dragging on the ground on Sunday as I was pulling into North Platte on my way from Colorado to Omaha. They got me in first thing Monday morning and had me on the road by 9. They couldn't have been kinder. What a great place. So glad if I had to break down it was in North Platte.

We purchased our brand new vehicle here over a year ago. While the purchase process was great the after care is very lacking. We purchased all the extra coverages. We do not live in North Platte so we drive our vehicle to them for every appointment which is understandable. In the packages we bought we were told our vehicle would get detailed at every oil change. Not only has that not happened they don’t even wash or vacuum it out. I am very disappointed in the care after you purchase a vehicle there.

While the service department was decent, I told them what I needed in a new vehicle, was promised a call, and never heard back from them...twice. The prices on everything were simply too high to be practical, as well.
