Great people that really care about the customers. We bought our truck a few months ago and they have been so helpful with services needed and making sure we are taken care of.
Bought a used SUV from Bill Smith, I was told the car had went through inspection. The 2nd day, the add oil warning came on. I added oil and the next week it started running bad. They had it checked out and said it had fouled a plug. It continued to use oil and have many issues. I kept letting them know about the issues. This rocked on for several months. Worst customer service, I would give a zero
In July 2024 spoke with salesman ( have used him before ) told him was looking to buy 2025 ykon denali..was told as soon as we can odere your on top of list..checked back 4 times..same response. Then I see on car fax they have some coming..called..was told.." oh those already sold "... then had the gall to say.." we can get you one on order.." NO THANKS..
