Bought one vehicle from them in 2014 and ever since I cant seem to get a deal done with them on another vehicle. Went three times to upgrade my vehicle and all three times I had to walk away because the deal didn’t make sense. Also was told that they have people all over the country buy from them and that someone will buy it at that price. Was always told to buy local to support you local businesses. Guess someone’s money from across the country is more important than a local’s.
Great people that really care about the customers. We bought our truck a few months ago and they have been so helpful with services needed and making sure we are taken care of.
Bought a used SUV from Bill Smith, I was told the car had went through inspection. The 2nd day, the add oil warning came on. I added oil and the next week it started running bad. They had it checked out and said it had fouled a plug. It continued to use oil and have many issues. I kept letting them know about the issues. This rocked on for several months.
