My dishwasher GE that I purchased at Bill Smith 4+ years ago seemed to have died. I called for service and the charge was $130. The technician said I needed not one but two ‘boards’ for the price of $350.00. I felt that was too much, so I purchased a new Bosch at Lowes for $100. Less than Bull Smith. $899vs $799. After waiting a few days to get the new Bosch installed, the GE turned on ( by itself) . I called to return the Bosch, and tried to call the service manager ( Cindy) at Bill Smith.
