Bill is a phenomenal realtor! He listens to exactly what you want, asks the important questions, and truly cares about all his clients! He is so personable and just makes you feel like family! I highly recommend him for all your realtor needs! He grew up in Jacksonville and knows all the ins and out of all the surrounding areas!
Bill was outstanding. Very responsive and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help with getting the property ready for sale. He was very attentive to transaction details and advocated well for my seller side of the transaction. We got a very good price. He was consistently professional and courteous. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty as list agent for an estate sale condo. My husband and I are from out of town and had only a few days to put things in place to clear the unit, and prep it for sale.
