This gentleman is not only a great servant of this community for decades, but a war veteran that served this country when it needed him the most. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pointed me in the right direction for troubleshooting a water pressure issue.
I needed a valve replaced on quick notice. I called and Bill answered. Even thought he was on vacation, he arranged to have Carmen come by in about 30 minutes. Carmen did a top-notch job and went that little bit extra to ensure the job was well done. Highly recommend them!
So on Saturday night my daughter had a leak in her house. Water was coming up from the floors. I told her to call Bill Schafer plumbing as we've used them before. It was midnight and they have 24 hour service. They answered the phone at midnight and said they would be there Sunday morning at 9 am. They even told her what to do to turn off water main to house. Great service. Came quickly when needed. Carmen was very professional. Left everything clean. Have had them twice for different problems and this is who I will call in the future when needed.
