Called at 1:30 march 28 th for leak under mobile home. I was told someone would be out in a couple hrs. I waited until 4:30 called back no answer left message. Called 5:30 same no answer said call emergency number which was same number I first called. No response. Just want to give a shout out to Bill Shafer Plumbing. Called in the morning and spoke to Carmen he said he have someone their by afternoon! In the afternoon Vinnie was their and in 5 minutes he had fixed my issue! Thank you Vinnie.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from this company. Carmen came out and assessed our situation. Mark, who showed up to complete the job did an amazing job. Ours was a tricky vanity and sink install that required some finesse since the previous owners used shoddy workmen who Frankensteined the plumbing and pipes behind the old vanity. Mark took his time, did the job with care and showed a lot of pride in the completed project. We won’t hesitate to call them back.
