After 15 days that I left my car, not only did they not finish repairing it, but one of the parts that covers the engine floor was not placed and was in the trunk with the screws. The agent who helped us, "Tony Bethencourt," did not keep his word to avoid the charges related to the work labor, since the company was not complying with the repair times. Very unserious people, if the Japanese factory find out, they will take away your license. A real disaster!!!
