Affordable, generally same day service.
Worst service! very rude owner. he just gave you the bill, and never justify. what is worse, he does not allow you to ask. -They only changed a pvc elbow, but asked for 70 dollars for materials. i asked. Bill said, we need to make profit! -I would never never use their service again!!!
I had some work done under a leaky sink, they replaced some bad pipes and we're done. The guy and gal they sent were friendly and professional and answered any and all questions I had.
We are from out of town and not knowing anyone in El Paso, we went with who we saw first. Bill's crew came out on a Friday and had to fix a part of our pipe, in order to winterize our swamp cooler. And charged $130. They neglected to put our swamp cooler cover on. We called Bill's and they said it would be Monday before they could come by. We weren't very happy they took so long to fix their mistake and decided we would not call them back for any future plumbing needs should they come up. Water heater busted, they came in and tightened a water hose to drain, not here 10 minutes and they charged me $75. I called Norma to have her justify the excessive service amount and she said that was their charge. I informed her she neglected to tell me that when I called and she stated, I didn't ask. WOW!!! Ask all the questions because this isn't a straight forward up front business. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! BEWARE!!!!
