Awesome customer service from, I think the assistant manager, Keira Smith. I came in during the Christmas season and although the store was very crowded, she gave me the attention I needed. She helped me with the different items I was looking at and ultimately, I purchased three things. Additionally, it was my first time buying from a pawn shop, so I had huge reservations. But I have to admit, being greeted by Ms. Smith and talking with her, she made my experience great and I will do it again!

Instead of running all over the place looking for this one certain video game that my teen wants, I decided to call around. Thank goodness I called my favorite Cash America FIRST. The one on 7800 W., 3500 S. The guy that answered the phone personally looked for me while I was on the line. They didn't have it. Thanks though! How cool is that?! Better than nuthin I guess, but not by much, i paid over 1000 dollars extra because they couldn't give me 1 day extra to pick up several guns, after them making quite a bit on a regular basis kinda added insult to injury, some the guys that work there are cool, but owner is not,
Ridiculous pricing. Check new prices before dealing with this business. You can check post on Craigslist to see what I am talking about.
If I could give a zero stars I would. Do not buy from them at all. They will purposely sell you items that do not work and will not refund you, trade, or offer an in store credit. Bought a lawn mower for $80 that did not work at all and was broken but didn't find out until we got it home so when trying to return it with a receipt they would not except it back. Horrible business run as far as you can from doing business with them.
An Awesome Place and People. I'll only go here from now on.
