the lady in the office is so nice and kept me in the loop throughout the entire job, Bill and his crew were able to turn a project i started and completely messed up around like i was never there. If i could give him 100 stars i would he really blew us away.

Bill is rude, unprofessional and in short an *******. His crew, mostly young Mexican fella's were sloppy and inconsistent in their work. They skipped around the house with no real discernable system, supposedly applying two coats of paint. Most days there were only two of them in an old beat-up low rider pickup truck that they had to push start whenever they needed to go. Mr D**** cursed me out on the phone when it was time to pay me because he did not trust his wife to write a check and my job was complete. I had to return the next morning to get paid and Mr D**** wanted me to do additional work which I declined because of this. The project was complete from years of neglect to complete repairs and painting, and to his wife's satisfactory up until it was time to cut me a check. 'Scheduled painting of a Bay window in our home early this summer and had a date set to finish the job That date has past by 2 months and we are still getting the run around to complete this work I would guess they are accepting bigger jobs to make more money and putting us off Its very hard to get a return phone call or a commitment from this company
Bill's Painting and Carpentry had been contracted by my neighbors in northern Kentucky, to do painting work on the exterior trim of their house. I had been informed by the home owner (my neighbor) that work would require accessing the alley between our homes, and I had been assured that the crew would clean up the area each day of work.
