Bill did an outstanding job and I highly recommend him. Not only he provided me with a great product, better than other lenders, but also he was far superior in terms of customer experience. He explained the process early on, we were on a tight timeline but he was constantly on top of everything and we had a smooth closing. Bill and his team did a phenomenal job processing our mortgage loan. We are a somewhat complicated client (multiple businesses, last minute approvals, etc.) and Bill remained patient and considerate during the process. He was thorough in his explanations for specific requests and held us accountable to get our various documents in and the loan approved expeditiously.
