I only take the time to write a review if I had an extreme visit- one way or the other - and this one was extremely good. I have a son with special needs and major sensory issues. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Bill. He was genuine, patient, warm, engaging, and fun. He put all my son's fears to rest. He even stayed in the room with him for x-rays because my son was scared. He took extra time with him and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. Dr. Redmond is the absolute best. He lets our crazy family of five take over his office and has treated 2 of our boys so far as well as Invisalign for me. I would highly recommend him for kids of all ages as well as adults. We couldn’t be happier with his services as well as the kindness of his staff!
It's not very often when your kids are calling you asking you when their appointment will be. But that's what happens when you have an orthodontist like Dr. Bill and the streamlined staff that supports him. He takes the sting out of any preconceived notion you may have about orthodontists.
