My recent experience at Bill Ray Nissan was appalling. I was overcharged $320 for a transmission repair ($5,520 vs. quoted $5,200). My car was returned dirty, and the roof trim molding was missing. Service Director denied the part was ever there, was incredibly disrespectful to my wife and me, and refused service. The missing part only "reappeared" after the police arrived.
