From purchase to repair, body work. Bill ray is a well respected dealer in the Longwood winter springs area. I choose to go to them verses a different dealer that is closer to me.

came in to get an Oil change about 2 weeks ago and I was adviced I also needed cvt fluid so I got that done as well. Poor Customer Service when you did not check my Windshield Wiper fluid and I drove all the way to Destin and had no fluid to clean my windshield. Why do you send coupons after the fact for getting my oil change for almost half the price I paid? I am so irritated with your service and think I'll be better off going to Jiffy Lube or another Oil change place at least they make sure all my fluids are topped off
I have never visited a more friendly and reliable car dealership for general repair or maintenance other than Bill Ray Nissan ever.
