Avoid this company at all costs! The customer service is absolutely terrible. They damaged my mother's hardwood flooring and carpet, and installed a water heater that is too large, making it inaccessible. We paid in full, and now, months later, the water heater isn't functioning. We feel completely in the dark, and the company refuses to assist us. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare!
