Went in to test drive a vehicle that I’ve had my eye one and decided I didn’t like it after all. I was greeted right away and was treated 100%. Robert was such a big help he had me try 2 different SUV’s just to make sure I could make the right decision on if I just didn’t like the first test drive. I drove out with my new Jeep Compass thanks to Robert @ Norwich Subaru/Zappone.
Robert was very helpful. Didn’t think we’d go from just looking to leaving with a car so quickly but they made it so easy.
Zappone Subaru in Norwich is my go to place. They are always friendly and helpful. I have purchased all my Subaru’s through them because they are easy to work with. I’d recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a Subaru.
