Bill Ragan put in a new roof for my parents right before the ice storm. The workers used tarps to cover all the shrubs. They were done in a day and did a great job of cleaning up. This was the second roof Bill put on their 53 year old house. Bill is easy to work with and became their intermediary with their insurance agent, advocating for what he knew they needed. I highly recommend him for all your roofing issues.
