Bill himself was onsite and is not only an expert but is just the nicest man. When the crew left, it looked like they were never there except for their fabulous work. Extremely professional and honest company. Katie was wonderful to deal with to set up my appointment. John was outstanding in coming to our house, doing a quick analysis and giving me the facts. Thankfully we did not need a new roof and John was up front about that - no attempt to upsell me or make me think we needed something we didn't. Bill Ragan Roofing did an absolutely amazing job on my roof and with competitive pricing. They gave me ample time to choose my roof color and were accommodating with my questions and requests. Very pleased with the outcome, my husband and I love our new roof! They were very quick as well, starting and finishing in about a day. Highly recommend and very trustworthy people!
